Adam Edelman has spent over a decade crafting fine wine in Napa Valley, working with leading producers of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, including Aubert Wines and Realm Cellars. Under the tutelage of Mark Aubert and Benoit Touquette, he’s honed his skills and contributed to the production of many exceptional, 100-point wines. Nisi Wines is the culmination of those experiences, focusing on Chardonnay and Pinot noir from the Sta Rita Hills, which he feels is the most exciting region in wine today.
